Completion of Project
Section 490.1445 - Procedure for entering into contract for completion

Unless otherwise expressly approved by the Program, not later than 90 days after the date on which the grantee receives the draft of the grant agreement from the Program, the grantee must execute and finalize the grant agreement and provide to the Program all information pertinent to the grant agreement that the Program requests. The Program shall transmit a notice to the grantee, electronically or by mail, once the Program has executed and finalized the grant agreement.
