Section 490.1435 - Provision of Notice to Proceed to grantee; Commission to monitor, evaluate and assist project

After a grant is awarded, the Program shall:
1. Provide to the grantee a Notice to Proceed approving the date upon which work may begin on the applicable project, subject to any conditions of the grant agreement described in NAC 490.144.
2. Monitor and evaluate the progress in carrying out the grant and the completion of the project in accordance with NAC 490.144 to 490.146, inclusive.
