Section 490.141 - Determination of award of grant

At a properly noticed public meeting, the Commission, by majority vote of a quorum of the voting members of the Commission present at the meeting, will:

1. Consider the grant applications in the order in which they were ranked pursuant to NAC 490.1405; and

2. Determine whether, and in what amount, to award a grant to an applicant.
