LICENSING AND OPERATION
Section 489.341 - Sign displayed at established place of business

1. If a licensee is required, pursuant to NRS 489.756, to display a sign at his or her established place of business, the sign must:
(a) If the licensee's place of business is
located in a commercial building, be displayed on the directory of businesses
located in the building or on the exterior of the entrance to the business;
or
(b) If displayed on the outside
of a building, be readable from the public sidewalk, street or highway nearest
to the building.
2. A licensee shall provide a photograph of his or her sign to the Division upon request.
3. The provisions of this section and NRS 489.756 do not apply to a person licensed as a salesperson or responsible managing employee.
