COURSES OF CONTINUING EDUCATION
Section 489.660 - Certificates of completion: Contents

Universal Citation: NV Admin Code 489.660

Current through September 16, 2024

Each certificate of completion must include:

1. The name, address and number of the student's license issued by the Division;

2. The name of the sponsor;

3. The name of the instructor of the course;

4. The name and number of the course;

5. The number of hours of instruction completed; and

6. The date the course was completed.
