EDUCATION IN SAFE BOATING
Section 488.569 - "Proficiency examination" defined

"Proficiency examination" means a test on safe boating that:
1. Is administered by a proctor; and
2. Tests the knowledge of information included in the curriculum of a course in safe boating.
