PROGRAM FOR EDUCATION OF MOTORCYCLE RIDERS
Section 486.325 - "Provider" defined

"Provider" means:
1. The Department.
2. A public or private entity that is approved by the Department pursuant to section 10 to provide a course of instruction in motorcycle education for persons enrolled in the Program.
