Section 484D.080 - Applicability

1. NAC 484D.010 to 484D.120, inclusive, apply to any vehicle or combination of vehicles operated upon any highway in the State, and to motor vehicles at a Department of Motor Vehicles branch office which are intended to be registered in Nevada, and which have an unladen weight of not more than 6,000 pounds and were manufactured more than 2 years prior to the date of inspection.

2. Every motorcycle, moped or other vehicle designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground is subject to NAC 484D.010 to 484D.120, inclusive, except those provisions which by their context do not apply.

3. Those provisions pertaining to a particular component or device apply to only those vehicles equipped with that particular component or device.
