Section 483.793 - Behind-the-wheel training: Ability of instructor to take physical control of vehicle

An instructor providing behind-the-wheel training in a motor vehicle shall, at all times while the instructor is in the motor vehicle, be alert and in a physical and mental state that renders him or her capable of taking physical control of the motor vehicle if necessary.
