1. "Third-party company" or "company" means an employer registered with the Department pursuant to section 28 to certify the driving ability of its employees who are assigned to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
2. The term includes, without limitation, a third-party tester, as that term is used in 49 C.F.R. § 383.75.
