LICENSE TO OPERATE AN AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE CERTIFICATION FACILITY

As used in NAC 482A.200 to 482A.290, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "licensee" means a person who has been issued a license pursuant to NAC 482A.220 to operate an autonomous vehicle certification facility.
