Every hearing will be conducted before a hearing officer and the oral proceedings recorded by equipment for recording sound. The record will be retained for a period of 90 days after the date of the decision. A certified copy of the taped record will be made available to a party upon written request to the State Fire Marshal. The requesting party shall pay the cost of producing the copy.
