PORTABLE BUILDINGS
Section 477.445 - Maintenance of exterior areas

The exterior areas around a portable building, including the areas under stairs or ramps, must be kept free and clear of accumulations of trash, weeds, dead grass, litter or any other flammable or combustible material, in accordance with the International Fire Code. Clearances from other buildings, services or hazards must be maintained as required by the building and fire codes adopted by the State Fire Marshal for all structures and buildings.
