Section 467.078 - Notice to Commission of change of address of licensee; disciplinary action for failure to comply

Not later than 30 days after a change in the address of a person who is licensed by the Commission, the licensee must provide the new address to the Commission. A licensee who fails to comply with the provisions of this section is subject to disciplinary action by the Commission.
