Chapter 467 - Unarmed Combat
GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. If the Executive Director or a designee of the Executive Director determines that an amateur contest or exhibition of unarmed combat or any combination thereof conducted by or participated in exclusively by any school, college or university or by any association or organization of a school, college or university:
(a) Is exempt from the provisions of chapter
467 of NRS, the Executive Director or the designee of the Executive Director
shall send written notice of the exemption to the person who submitted the
request pursuant to section 5 of this regulation; or
(b) Is not exempt from the provisions of
chapter 467 of NRS, the Executive Director or the designee of the Executive
Director shall send written notice of the denial of the exemption to the person
who submitted the request pursuant to section 5 and the reasoning for the
denial of the exemption, including, without limitation, any disqualifying
circumstance described in section 6 of this regulation.
2. A copy of any determination made pursuant to subsection 1 must be sent to the respective administrator of the school, college or university.
