Universal Citation: NV Admin Code 467.579
Current through December 12, 2024

In addition to any disciplinary action, fine or other penalty imposed for an anti-doping violation, if an unarmed combatant who won or drew a contest or exhibition is found to have committed an anti-doping violation, the Commission may, in its sole discretion, change the result of that contest or exhibition to a result of no contest. If the Commission changes the result of a contest or exhibition pursuant to this section, the Commission will cause a note to be placed in the record of the unarmed combatant indicating that the change in decision was the result of the commission of an anti-doping violation by the unarmed combatant.
