3. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 467.574 to 467.578, inclusive, an unarmed combatant or unarmed combat support person who violates any provision of this section:

For the purposes of this section, an unarmed combatant or unarmed combat support person possesses a prohibited substance or prohibited method if he or she has actual, physical possession of the prohibited substance or prohibited method or constructive possession of the prohibited substance or prohibited method.
