Section 467.934 - Order to protect party to whom subpoena is directed

Upon motion by a party or a person to whom a subpoena is directed, the Commission may make an order to protect such party or person from annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, or undue burden or expense, including, without limitation, an order that:

1. A subpoena be quashed or modified;

2. Certain matters not be inquired into or produced;

3. Testimony or production be limited to certain matters; and

4. A trade secret or other confidential research, development or commercial information not be disclosed or be disclosed only in a designated way.
