Section 461A.200 - Supply of water

A mobile home park must have an accessible and adequate supply of potable water. If a supply of water from a public utility is available in satisfactory quantity, quality and pressure at or within the boundary of the community in which the park is located, the park must be connected to that supply and it must be used exclusively. If a satisfactory supply of water is not available from a public utility, a private supply must be provided.
