Section 461A.030 - Application for permit

An application for a permit to construct or alter a mobile home park may be submitted to the appropriate agency for enforcement. The application must include:
1. The applicant's name and address;
2. The name and address of the mobile home park; and
3. A legal description of the land upon which the mobile home park is located or to be developed.
