Section 460.010 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Communicable Disease Section" means the authorized representatives of the Health Division of the Department of Health and Human Services who are responsible for controlling contagious diseases.
2. "Viral hepatitis" means hepatitis A and hepatitis B.
