TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ON PUBLIC HIGHWAYS

"Uniform permit" means a permit for the transportation of hazardous material established pursuant to 49 U.S.C. § 5119 to regulate the transportation of hazardous materials and issued pursuant to NAC 459.9805 or the corresponding statute or regulation of a participating state.
