The Commission may establish a radiological committee to assist the Commission in providing support to state agencies, local governments and tribal governments in implementing provisions of the State of Nevada Preventative Radiological and Nuclear Detection Concept of Operations and the State of Nevada Radiological and Nuclear Detection Sustainment Plan.
