Section 459.Sec. 13 - NEW

1. A rural health clinic or federally-qualified health center that employs the holder of a rural authorization or for which such a person serves as an independent contractor must establish a quality assurance program for X-ray photographs that meets the requirements prescribed by the publication adopted by reference pursuant to subsection 1 of section 11 of this regulation.

2. The rural health clinic or federally-qualified health center shall make documentation of the quality assurance program available to the Division upon request.
