REGULATION OF HIGHLY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES AND EXPLOSIVES

Section 459.95269 - "Natural gas processing plant" defined

"Natural gas processing plant" means a processing site that:
1. Is engaged in:
(a) The extraction of natural gas liquids
from field gas;
(b) The
fractionation of mixed natural gas liquids to natural gas products;
or
(c) Both extraction and
fractionation; and
2. Is classified as N.A.I.C.S. code 211112, which is adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 459.95528.
