Section 459.5585 - Instruction on radiation safety

A registrant shall annually provide instruction on radiation safety to each person who provides patient care and treatment planning for patients. The instruction must include, without limitation:
1. Instruction on the operation of each device used by the person;
2. Safety procedures; and
3. Any updates on clinical use of each of those devices.
