Section 459.2175 - General licenses: Labeling of certain sources of radium-226

A person who holds a general license issued pursuant to NAC 459.217 shall affix a label to each source or storage container for the source, which contains sufficient information to ensure the safe use and storage of the source and shall include in the label the information contained in NAC 459.224, or a substantially similar statement. Sources licensed under 10 C.F.R. § 32.57 or an equivalent state regulation before January 19, 1978, may bear labels authorized by the regulations in effect on January 1, 1978.
