A person who submits an application for participation in the program must submit to the Division one of the following nonrefundable application fees, as applicable:

| Less than 1 acre............................................................................................ | 500 |
| 1 to 25 acres.................................................................................................. | 1,000 |
| 26 to 100 acres.............................................................................................. | 1,600 |
| More than 100 acres..................................................................................... | 2,000 |
