PARTICIPATION IN PROGRAM FOR VOLUNTARY CLEANUP OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES AND RELIEF FROM LIABILITY
Section 459.9737 - Signature requirement

Any application, remedial agreement, certification to the Administrator or information submitted to the Division pursuant to NAC 459.973 to 459.9743, inclusive, must be signed by a consultant or contractor who is certified pursuant to NAC 459.970 to 459.9729, inclusive, in the area that is appropriate for the type of cleanup that is the subject of such documents or information.
