Section 459.0395 - "Generator" defined

"Generator" means:
1. A waste generator; or
2. An entity that operates pursuant to a license issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or an agreement state and to which waste is attributed pursuant to the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Policy Amendments Act of 1985, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2021 b et seq.
