Section 459.99954 - "Hearing officer" defined

"Hearing officer" means a person appointed by the Administrator to preside over and make recommendations to the Administrator concerning any disciplinary action initiated by the Division pursuant to NAC 459.99951 to 459.99972, inclusive.
