CERTIFICATION OF LABORATORIES TO ANALYZE WASTE SAMPLES

"Certified laboratory" means a laboratory for which a certificate to conduct analyses of waste samples is issued pursuant to the provisions of NAC 459.96902 to 459.9699, inclusive.
