CERTIFICATION OF CERTAIN CONSULTANTS AND CONTRACTORS
Section 459.9713 - "Response" defined

"Response" means the provision of remedial services to protect the public health, safety, welfare or environment from a release of a hazardous substance, including, but not limited to, the digging, cleanup, removal, abatement, containment, control, absorbance, treatment or remediation of soil or water contaminated with a hazardous substance.
