Section 457.130 - Verification of identity of person making request by telephone

If an employee in the registry receives a request to provide confidential information over the telephone pursuant to NAC 457.110 or 457.120, and the employee does not personally know the requester, the employee shall verify the identity of the requester by making a telephone call to the telephone number, listed in a directory or given by an operator, for the purported person or facility.
