"Mechanical Compliance Section" means the Section which has been created within the Division as the regulatory authority with jurisdiction for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter and chapter 455C of NRS governing the construction, installation, operation, testing, maintenance, alteration or repair of a boiler or pressure vessel or an elevator and related equipment.
