Section 455C.644 - Summary suspension of operating permit, certificate, certificate of competency or work card: Withdrawal

The Chief or the Administrator may withdraw a summary suspension upon giving written notice to the holder of the operating permit, certificate, certificate of competency or work card or the owner of a boiler, elevator or pressure vessel.
