1. The Commission hereby adopts by reference the marking standards described in the:
(a)
"Uniform Color Code";
(b)
"Guidelines for Excavation Delineation"; and
(c) "Guidelines for Operator's Facility Field
Delineation,"
as set forth in Appendix B of Best Practices Version 3.0, published by the Common Ground Alliance.
