Section 455.330 - Dismissal of complaint

If a presiding officer, after receipt of a response to a complaint pursuant to NAC 455.315 and a response, if any, from the staff pursuant to NAC 455.317, believes that no probable cause exists for the complaint, the presiding officer shall request that the Commission vote to dismiss the complaint without prejudice.
