MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENTS
Requirements and Procedures for Operation
- Section 453D.400 - Posting of licenses and other authorization to conduct business in conspicuous place
- Section 453D.405 - Requirements of dual licensee
- Section 453D.410 - Operation in accordance with plans and specifications included in application; deviation from plans and specifications; documentation of change to facilities; inspection or audit of change to facilities
