Section 453A.230 - Notification of approval or denial

Within 10 working days after the date on which the Chief Medical Officer approves or denies a petition that is submitted pursuant to subsection 1 of NAC 453A.200, the Division will transmit a copy of the approval or denial to:
1. The person who submitted the petition; and
2. The Director of the Department.
