Section 453A.028 - "Chief Medical Officer" defined

"Chief Medical Officer" means:
1. The Chief Medical Officer appointed pursuant to NRS 439.085; or
2. The designee of the Administrator of the Division, if:
(a) No Chief Medical Officer has
been appointed pursuant to
NRS
439.085;
(b) The position of Chief Medical Officer
appointed pursuant to
NRS
439.085 is vacant; or
(c) The Chief Medical Officer appointed
pursuant to
NRS
439.085 is absent from the State.
