Section 450B.115 - "Emergency medical responder" defined

"Emergency medical responder" means a person who has successfully completed training for emergency medical responders pursuant to a national standard prepared by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of the United States Department of Transportation as a national standard for emergency medical responders or an equivalent standard approved by the Administrator of the Division.
