Section 450B.459 - Late renewal of certificate

If an emergency medical dispatcher is unable to attend a course for continuing training required to renew his or her certificate, or otherwise comply with the requirements for renewal, within the prescribed period, he or she may submit a written request for a late renewal on a form provided by the Division.
