Section 450B.562 - Air ambulance: Compliance with certain Federal Aviation Rules; required certification of aircraft

To be operated as an air ambulance, an aircraft, whether a fixed- or rotary-wing type, must comply with all Federal Aviation Administration rules as they pertain to maintenance inspections, flight and duty time, contained in 14 C.F.R Part 135, entitled "Operating Requirements: Commuter and On Demand Operations and Rules Governing Persons On Board Such Aircraft."
