The fee for an initial application for a permit, in the amount set forth in NAC 450B.700, or the number of a purchase order issued by a governmental entity in the amount of the fee, must accompany the application when submitted to the Division. The fee for a renewal of a permit, in the amount set forth in NAC 450B.700, or the number of a purchase order issued by a governmental entity in the amount of the fee, must accompany any application for a renewal of a permit. These fees are not refundable.
