Upon request from the Division or Department, a facility shall make available to the Division or Department documentation for the Division or Department to determine if the facility is complying with sections 2 to 22, inclusive, of this regulation and NRS 449.101 to 449.104, inclusive. If the Division or Department obtains personally identifiable information of a patient or resident through such a request, the Division or Department shall maintain the confidentiality of such information.
