Section 449.9981 - List of interested and qualified persons

The Division may solicit applications from persons interested in being nominated by the Division as receivers whenever receivership proceedings are brought. The Division shall develop and maintain a list of persons who are interested and qualified to act as receivers for facilities. Persons or organizations appearing on the list must have experience in the delivery of health care services or other relevant experience.
