"Reprocess" means the process of subjecting a single-use medical device that has been previously used on a patient to additional cleaning, disinfection or sterilization, manufacturing steps, including, without limitation, repackaging and relabeling, and testing of the technical and functional safety of the device to make the device ready for safe use on another patient.
