Section 449.999481 - Monetary penalties: Presumption regarding deficiencies identified on subsequent inspection

There is a rebuttable presumption that deficiencies identified on a subsequent inspection conducted to evaluate compliance with a plan of correction were present on each day between the date of the initial deficiency and the date the subsequent deficiency was found in the subsequent inspection.
