An applicant or holder of a permit who is aggrieved by an action of the Division relating to the denial, suspension or revocation of a permit or any other sanction assessed pursuant to NAC 449.99945 to 449.999489, inclusive, may appeal pursuant to the procedures set forth in NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.
